Hotel Parque 97 - Bogota

Rooms clean and spacious. No AC made nights uncomfortable. Enjoyed breakfast options and attentive staff.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and most of the staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant served good quality food and breakfast was varied and served at reasonable times to cater for early and late risers. Security was excellent and staff were always concerned for our safety, giving advice and arranging taxis.

I was disappointed that the hotel had a party booked for our last night but did not advise us. Our room was above the venue and the noise was unacceptable until 2am despite our calls to reception. They seemed unconcerned with paying guests and more concerned about the people buying drinks at the party. I feel we should've been notified and moved to a quieter room in advance as they clearly were not fully booked.

Got well-equipped room with good bed when arrived, truly enjoyed that. Location: the hotel was very close to parque 93 and chapinero, Santa Marta, and all the restaurants centers and shopping centers...

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The staff stood out. Mr Carlos, Mauricio, and Fernando at the front desk were attentive, while Miss Ruth in the restaurant was kind and considerate. Breakfast included generous options and tasted great. The walls were thin, allowing noise from neighboring rooms to disrupt sleep, especially with loud conversations late at night. Internet access was spotty and frustrating, which hindered my ability to stay connected. This hotel has great potential with its fantastic staff and cozy accommodations but needs to address noise insulation and improve internet service.

When I came toi the hotel, I was told, that they have problems and would send me to another, same carateristics. It was all but this and I was very dissapointed. Never again!!! They could have informed me about that before.

The hotel is really well located, the room was big, clean and functional. The room service and the breakfast were good as well and the price is fair. Great for going on vacations or business. Not so much of enterteinement, but that you can find on Bogota itself.

The Parque 97 Suites has a superb location near Parque 93, and the breakfast is a real highlight with changing dishes daily. The staff is polite and accommodating, going the extra mile to help out, even waiting for us at 3 AM upon our arrival. The room was clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows.

Basic amenities.

The staff members were professional and very amiable. The position was absolutely perfect and convenient, restaurants and bars are walking distance to the hotel. The venue was placed within 12 miles of the airport.

Positive, The bed was super comfortable with lots of pillows. The staff, especially Mr Carlos and Miss Ruth, made sure I felt welcome and well taken care of. Breakfast was delicious and generous, with great coffee to start the day.

The room was nicely sized with a comfortable bed, made for a restful night. The staff kindly waited for our very late arrival, which we appreciated. The breakfast offered generous options, including excellent coffee, setting a positive tone for the day. The view from my room provided a good cityscape, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Had a lovely stay with comfy beds and a nice TV for some downtime. The hotel offers great relaxation spots like a cozy lounge and a lovely garden area. Just a heads up, the bathroom had a slight odor initially, but it was quickly taken care of by the staff. 😊

The area feels very safe, great for nice evening walks. Make sure to try the excellent coffee during breakfast.

Parque 97 Suites offers a cute atmosphere with attentive staff who are always ready to assist. The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area, giving a sense of security and tranquility. The room, though basic, was clean and included a large comfortable bed were great. Breakfast had a limited selection, but the coffee was excellent. Wi-Fi access was reliable, ensuring connectivity for work purposes.

Couldn't recommend more for a relaxing holiday
